Who is T.E.A., Inc.?
T.E.A., Inc. stands for Teaching and Equipping with an Anointing. T.E.A., Inc. is a 501c3 organization and conducts ministry workshops as the TEA Party. The mission of the TEA Party is to provide a safe haven of hope where women from all walks of life can be renewed, refreshed and strengthened through biblical teachings based on the Word of God. We seek to provide women with resources that are beneficial to the growth of the total woman.
The TEA Party meetings are free to the public and available to anyone who wants to attend. Each TEA Party consists of a meal, seminar training material including books and other handouts, Bibles and other giveaways, all provided at no cost to each attendee. All giveaways are in line with the topic of the month.
Where is Our Focus?
Our focus is with homeless, low income, and battered women who have a lack of positive direction in their lives, regardless if it is due to major life-changing events, wrong choices or a tragedy. We believe that the root cause or the problems that so easily beset many women today stem from a lack of knowledge and application of God’s Word. Hence, we design each teaching to address certain topics important to women across all races and ages. We believe that women who are healthy and whole in mind, body and spirit are the foundation to a healthy nation. Moreover, we believe that it is vitally important to strive for balance in all areas of our lives to ensure that the enemy does not rob us of what God has planned for us. We also believe it is necessary to arm ourselves with the whole armor of God, according to Ephesians 6:11-13. Dressed and armed properly, we are certain to pull down the strongholds and avoid the traps that many women have fallen prey to.
Why Support T.E.A., Inc.?
It may be said that it takes a village to raise a child, but it still starts at home. Proverbs 14:1 tells us that a wise woman builds her house, but the foolish pulls it down with her hands. In today’s society, most homes are single parent homes where the woman is the head of the household. If the head of the household is not able to care for her own emotional, physical or spiritual needs, chances are very likely she will not be in a position to take care of the needs of the others in that household.
In short, the TEA Party ministry teachings, along with follow-up activities such as regular church attendance, bible studies and prayer will indeed guide women to the road of recovery. Part of our wholistic approach is to assist women in finding a church home where they can receive ongoing spiritual growth. We have a menu of topics and programs to choose from within our teaching ministry. T.E.A., Inc. is in the business of reconciling women onto the Lord and teaching them biblical principals to restore them back to an abundant life.
